HOW DO I SEND YOU MY PHOTOS?
You can simply email your digital photo (.jpg or .jpeg is preferred) to photolamp@aol.com. If you don't have a digital image, no problem. Just mail us your photos, quality 4x6 or 5x7 pictures... we will scan them at no charge and return them with your order.
Please pack carefully when sending through the mail
HOW ARE PHOTOS SIZED TO FIT?
Our Art Department reserves the right to crop and size pictures to best fit dimensions of a lampshade for a pleasing presentation and a satisfied customer!
HOW LONG DOES AN ORDER TAKE?
Most orders are shipped in 1-2 weeks.
HOW ARE ORDERS SHIPPED?
We ship via UPS Ground and you will be sent a Tracking Number for ease in following Delivery times. UPS will not deliver to PO Box Number, Street address ONLY!

Shipping costs and sales tax will be calculated upon checkout.
